Award-winning charcuterie and smokery based at Fowlescombe Farm, near Ugborough in the Heart of South Devon. Rare & Pasture frankfurters, hot smoked meats and air-dried charcuterie are made using traditional methods with no artificial additives or preservatives. Most of the meat used comes from their own farm, where they raise organic, grass-fed rare and native breed animals using regenerative farming methods.
