Made from durum semolina, their pasta is extruded using traditional Bronze dies to create a coarse surface. This allows the pasta to absorb more sauce and enhance flavours.
Natureflex bags are used for the packaging process and these are 100% compostable and biodegradable.
Wild Garlic Campanelle is a popular choice and it's easy to see why. The hand foraged Wild Garlic is combined with organic flour to create a delicious flavour. The bronze die makes a beautiful bell-like flower shape known as Campanelle.
