Speciality Breads

This month at Westcountry, we celebrate Speciality Breads. Supplying wholesalers across the country, Speciality Breads combine traditional techniques and modern food trends to produce their exceptional bread and sweet treats.

To preserve the art of real bread-making, many of their products are hand crafted. Locally sourced ingredients from Red Tractor accredited farms supports both their community and British farming.

In order to make their products as accessible to all as possible, no nuts are used in any of their bakeries and all sesame seeds are now replaced with linseeds.
